My husband and I recently tried a new breakfast spot in Holland, Bucks County PA, and we were thoroughly impressed! The restaurant smelled clean and inviting from the moment we walked in. As coffee lovers, we can confidently say the coffee was on point—fresh and full of flavor. We were greeted warmly, and our server, Holly, was absolutely phenomenal. She was knowledgeable about the restaurant’s history, including their original location in Levittown, PA, and was so friendly throughout our visit. Holly stayed on top of our coffee refills and provided excellent service. We highly recommend this spot and can’t wait to come back to try their lunch menu!
Good breakfast, affordable and great service. Fried eggs, hashbrowns with fried onions and rye toast was good. We also had a blueberry pancake and cheesy grits. Also very good. Its nice that coffee or tea is included with a meal. FYI Cash only. But prices are very reasonable. Our new breakfast place.
Just a good, albeit small breakfast place. But I need to note that they make the best shrimp and grits I've had north of the Mason-Dixon Line. Will go back for that alone.
Wonderful place! Friendly and attentive staff! I wanted some fresh fruit. They brought me a plentiful bowl of freshly sliced strawberries, bananas and blueberries that were exactly what I wanted. While I was enjoying my fruit, I overheard someone ordering some Manhattan clam chowder so I ordered a cup. It was perfect! Not salty as so many other restaurants make their soups. I'm taking my wife back today for brunch and more of that wonderful fruit!
Cafe Madison is the perfect breakfast/lunch spot! The cafe has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere to it. The food is always consistently great and the prices are very fair! The staff and owner are super personable and accommodating. Highly recommend supporting this small local business!

Cozy spot with great service and atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. The customer service alone was enough to win us over. We ordered French toast and hot cakes and both were cooked to perfection, along with the eggs and bacon. The menu has options for everyone and plenty to offer. My new favorite breakfast in the area for sure and conveniently located.
